Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy governs the use of this application (“Application”), a point counter tool designed for players of the card game Riftbound.

The Application is provided with the intent of offering a simple and efficient gameplay utility while respecting user privacy.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from users.

The Application operates without requiring user registration and does not use analytics or tracking tools that collect user data.

Data collection and processing

The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information.

• No tracking mechanisms are implemented
• No personal data is stored on external servers

Any information generated during use — such as point totals, the selected Legends, match timer state, and your app preferences — is stored exclusively on your device and is not accessible by the developer.

Stream mode and local network access

The Application includes an optional stream mode that broadcasts the current match state to an overlay on your own local network. When this mode is enabled, the Application requests permission to access local network information in order to display the address you connect your overlay to.

This data stays on your local network, is limited to match information such as point totals and timer state, and is never sent to the developer or to any third party. Stream mode is off by default.

Riot Games assets and API

Legend and card artwork is loaded on demand from the official Riot Games API. No Riftbound artwork is bundled with the Application.

When artwork is loaded, a standard request is made to Riot's servers, which may process technical data such as your IP address under Riot Games' own privacy notice. Images are cached on your device to reduce repeated requests.

The developer does not receive or store any of this information.

Third-party services

The Application may rely on standard platform services (such as app distribution platforms). These services may collect limited technical data (e.g. crash logs, device type) under their own privacy policies.

The developer does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of such third-party providers.

Licensed assets usage

RB Tracker was created under Riot Games' “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. The policy is available at riotgames.com/en/legal.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Data security

Given that no personal data is collected or transmitted to the developer, risks related to data breaches are inherently minimized. Nevertheless, reasonable measures are taken to ensure the Application operates securely.

Children's privacy

The Application is not specifically directed to individuals under the age of 13. No personal information is knowingly collected from children.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Any modifications will be reflected on this page along with the updated effective date.
