Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the RB Tracker application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Use of the application

RB Tracker allows users to record and track match information such as point totals, selected Legends, and match time. The application must be used in a lawful and responsible manner.

Stream mode

The application offers an optional stream mode that broadcasts match state to an overlay over your local network. You are responsible for the network you enable it on and for any content you choose to display on a broadcast.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the application for illegal or fraudulent activities, or any actions that violate the rights of others. You also agree not to use the application in a way that breaches the terms of any tournament or event you are participating in.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the RB Tracker application, including its design, features, and original content, are owned by the developer.

Certain content displayed within the application, including but not limited to Legend and card artwork, card names, game-related assets, and trademarks related to Riftbound, are the property of Riot Games, Inc. This artwork is loaded from the official Riot Games API and is not bundled with the application.

RB Tracker was created under Riot Games' “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.

All third-party intellectual property is used solely for informational, tracking, and community purposes. Such use is intended to comply with applicable copyright and fair use principles where relevant.

If you are a rights holder and believe that any content available in the application infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us and we will promptly investigate and remove such content where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and it is not a substitute for the official scorekeeping of any event.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the application in a harmful or unlawful manner.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
